How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at ten times the monthly price — so you get two months free versus paying monthly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance you spend on any usage: 1 SMS = 3 credits, 1 voice minute = 3, 1 AI run = 3, 1 transcribed minute = 1. Starter includes 1,000 credits/mo and Professional 1,500/mo (Free gets 150). Included credits reset monthly; credits you buy roll over. You can top up any time.
What’s included in the phone features?
Professional adds a dedicated phone number with SMS, voice calling, broadcasts, and call transcription. Your 1,500 monthly credits cover the usage (e.g. 500 texts, or 500 call minutes, or 500 AI runs, or a mix), and you can buy more credits any time.
